" In February of 2009 Troy Granite in Newark, Delaware installed granite countertops in our kitchen including 2 bathroom vanity tops. The installers were very respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves and stayed late to finish the job so that we were not inconvenienced more than one day. This was definitely a major requirement since I was at home alone during the installation. Your product has been an eye catcher to all you linger in our kitchen (which is the place our family gatherings always end up). You took your time to help us select just the right choice of granite that we were picturing in our kitchen. One more extremely important point was the lack of “down” time!! This was the amazing part as other forms of granite-like product installations had given us a “down” time of 5 to 6 weeks of torn-up and non-operational sink unless we wanted to pay the plumber to disconnect to take the measurements, temporarily connect, disconnect again for installation, and the final connection of the water. You came to our home and took your measurements without any kind of disturbance to structure. You called with a 2 week later date for installation and our kitchen is beautiful! We have given your name and company in several referrals to family and friends. Once again, you were awesome."
